Some of the at-large candidates...they conveniently omitted the ones who are not African-American.

Last night was the most recent filing deadline. It is shocking to me how many candidates simply don’t follow a basic deadline rule.

Kudos to Candace Nelson and Lisa Raymond for being the only two at-large democratic candidates to file in a timely manner.

Jackson and Owolewa both filed on the 11th. None of the others STILL haven't filed. I am not sure how anyone can take these candidates who don't follow basic rules, seriously.

It was nice of Dyan Forrester to release her April 10 filing (on April 14) with the whopping $800 raised from DC residents and $86,000 cash on hand.

Still waiting on folks like Kevin Chavous.

This- plus I just scanned the entire 67 pages and there really isnt anything there.

He's probably a little over leveraged financially with his house and personal debt, but so what?

Don’t care for either but running on high ethical standards was always going to blow up in Robert’s face. He doesn’t have them. To act shocked that Brooke took it there is silly given his own political background. Queen’s gambit.

I'm not sure he's going to get a lot of sympathy from voters by whining about keeping families out of politics when he has been impugning Pinto's for months.
