I’m glad to see that the Providence Police, the MA State Police, and other small agencies were able to solve the Brown U shooting. The FBI apparently failed. The FBI better pay the reward they promised. A homeless man gave them the clue that identified the shooter. They have failed to pay the McDonald’s employee who identified Luigi the CEO killer.

Kashyap's investigative efforts were sidelined by the fact that his FBI field jacket (Ladies size M) got lost in transit and without it he's not at his best.
