What birth month is now defined as reclass/holdback. It used to be 1/1, then it was moved to 9/1 and now perhaps USL has it defined as 6/1?

There are commits to Penn State (2) Michigan, Villanova, and Princeton, and its only September. Loaded with talent. But the team results have been consistently mediocre, and that is definitely due to the coach - Daddy ball, promoting one weak player at the expense of the team.
