A pregnancy termination is a private medical decision that should be between a woman and her medical provider. It is no one else’s business and certainly not a matter of the state.

The act of killing a baby shouldn’t be taken so lightly. Their life has value and matters. This should be a death sentence for anyone who decides to have an abortion out of convenience.

Birth control isn’t only on the woman but they shoulder more of the responsibility because they are the ones who get pregnant and make the decision to keep to child or not. They are the sole decision makers in deciding if they want an abortion, even if the man disagrees. It’s mostly on women.

I’m center left and my husband is center right (are we both unicorns) but we get along just fine and have for many years. For example, we both agree on a woman’s right to choose but he would be more restrictive but not Florida restrictive. We both hate Trump which helps. We tend to disagree more on the margins and we can both live with that.
