Carnivore diet

Blood work is all good, glucose is awesome, and good weight too. HDL is great, too.
Enough with this insanity, eat regular meals like your great-grandparents did! I even eat homemade pies and still have awesome labs.

Me, too.

And I'm sure the “studies” that determined that controlled for whatever else the participants were eating in addition to the red meat…

Unprocessed, whole meats consumed in reasonable amounts don’t lead to diabetes or make anyone overweight. You can blame our carbohydrate/sugar-laden diets for that.

The carnivore diet is ridiculous and limiting. I happen to agree regarding carbs which is why I limit my intake except for a cheat day once every few weeks, I do OMAD, but I don't cut out every single food group save one or two. I cannot imagine sitting there eating just meat/fish, tallow/butter/cream and eggs. What a miserable way to eat.

Lady, you can take the tomatoes, zucchini, and broccoli out of my cold, dead, hands. I love seasonal veggies, but I think meat gets a ton of irrational “fake news” style press on this forum. In my diet, meat will always be number one, followed by seasonal, delicious vegetables. This is opposite to the religion of grains and seeds that exists on this forum.

I thought the point of going carnivore is cutting out everything from a plant.

Even though coffee is a plant, Some make an exception for coffee or real 100% cacao and rationalize it’s better than fruit juice because it’s bitter and rich in magnesium

I am actually interested in hearing from those who are strictly carnivore. Did you really see a difference in your bloodwork? What happened to your skin? We always hear about "green smoothies make you glow," so what does your skin look like only eating meat, eggs and butter?

How do you not have issues going to the bathroom with no fiber?

Strictly anything is an insane concept.
No one does that.

Because you are getting plenty of fats

I think some carnivores eat dairy despite the carbs. Lactose serves as their fiber

Wrong. The animal fats keep them regular.

I just saw a youtube video where an influencer's carnivore doctor is quitting carnivore because she's bruising easier and and having gum issues. She's believes it early signs of scurvy.

Why are you pooping so much? Once a day or every other day is sufficient unless you are eating too much or foods that your body is unable to process.

People poop different amounts. Once every 3 days is normal. 3 times a day is also normal. And it shouldn't take more than 3 minutes to poop.
