Aren't Oktoberfests that are held across the United States a celebration of German culture and heritage and food? What about Anheuser-Busch Companies, LLC? Founded in 1852 by German American brewer and saloon operator George Schneider opened the Bavarian Brewery on Carondelet Avenue (later known as South Broadway) between Dorcas and Lynch streets in South St. Louis, Missouri.

I personally don't like the taste of German food. I enjoy Oktoberfests. I enjoy craft beer.
