Whatever. I tell my DSs that they have three choices upon turning 18 and graduating from high school. Their choices are dorm barracks or their apartment. I am not taking care of adults. If I choose to leave them anything in my will, that's my choice. They know they are not entitled to my money as adults, for their father and I have provided for all their financial, emotional, and psychological needs. We will pay for college and the dorms Brittney has only been able to provide for their financial needs. She was prevented from providing for the other needs. If her children want to be in her life beyond the money, they need to act like it, especially the sixteen-year old. Brittney she offer to pay for the boys to go to college and if they decide they want to be a bum and try to live off her largess, she needs to cut them off.

The dad is a loser, the boys will be men taught to disrespect their mother and women in general. They need time to learn how to adult without mommy’s money and hopefully they will learn that they need to unlearn the ways of their dad to get there.

But my guess is that they’ll find some rich young woman and try to hook them and live off of them too.

If their dad blew all that money that’s on him not for the mom to keep providing the gravy train especially if they aren’t talking to her. Has there been a suggestion that Kevin or the kids expects her to bankroll the kids past 18? Let’s be real, she was not capable of anything other than being an occasional parent who was probably considered by the kids the same as the fun aunt. She had those kids so the least she could do was be financially responsible for them since she clearly wasn’t capable of being a full time parent. Britney apologists can’t have it both ways, either she was always well enough to not have a conservator, therefore she should have been a more present parent, or she has deficits which is why Kevin had essentially full custody and received the monetary support he did.
