First, because of the very simple principle that Liz Cheney is quite literally not Dick Cheney.

Second, because the Republicans today are rapidly bringing fascism into America. That is still much, much worse than the Iraq war.

How many civilians did Trump kill? +1 Former R who left because of Bush/Cheney administration. But, I would take them back over people like Trump and his ilk. Bush/Cheney did a lot of damage to the country, but they weren't trying to purposefully drive a wedge between the races.

Today's Rs is so much worse than anything we've had before. It's scary.

But we know that plenty of Republicans do, because they're blind partisans who constantly project and are completely in denial about how rotten their party is from top to bottom.
