Alec Baldwin fatally shot someone on movie set with gun mishap

The only one who thinks A Baldwin could win elected office is Hilaria Baldwin, who has significant challenges relating to reality.

No one will hire Alec again. It's over.

Bad link.

Clooney was on Marc Maron's podcast, just listen to that.

Clooney only embarrassed himself. Not knowing the conclusion of the investigation and yammering on doesn't speak well for him.

This is a guy who dropped out of college after a few years, not impressed with him.

Most celebrities are uneducated and dumb. What's your point?

Who cares who went to college. The actual things Clooney said are hardly lighting Alec up. He calls out producers (which Alec is technically but as discussed up thread he likely had zero power, talks about the armorer, and then says he hopes Alec did what he (George) does first and maybe was just confused by blanks. The situation is insane and sad and infuriating but that is not the same as lighting a single person up.

Probably most are. Clooney chose to be the liberal voice of America and slammed middle east policies. A guy with no formal education much less a geography class lol.

Now he's a expert on the Rust set, I find that funny. And he told everyone in 2016 at the Cannes Film Festival "There will be NO President Trump". lol

That seems like an odd position to take. Some of the most influential people in the world didn't finish college. Arguably, they learned more by dropping out, given their trajectory. For example, it would be difficult to argue with a straight face that Zuckerberg would be better off had he just finished college. I'm not sure why you're fixated on whether someone went to two or four years of college, but it seems like a very warped lens from which to judge people.

Why does anyone care what these self- important idiots think. A mother is dead. These fools are irrelevant and should be ignored. Let the grown ups complete the investigation.

I, for one, sure wouldn't care if she was killed if she didn't have kids. /s

One of the relevant legal questions is what is the standard of care in the industry. I was really surprised to read two diametrically opposed statements about the term “cold gun.” George has definitely made movies with guns so odd he would not have heard it. One reason I keep coming back to this thread is to see the posted comments about what the industry folks are saying which are a bit of a preview into what the expert reports in the litigation will say.

George actually usually strikes me as a decently smart guy and he actually doesn’t often opine on politics, although he does a lot of shake and smile events to support political fundraisers. I went to one he was at and he made a point of demurring when anyone asked his opinion and basically saying he was just there as a pretty face and you should ask the politician who knows stuff.

I'm not judging everyone who didn't finish college. There are many who are very smart, he's simply not one of them.

From all the articles on this it seems that the term "cold gun" is used.

Two or three weeks ago, Baldwin's wife was berating photographers for not knowing Halyna's name and protecting him from PTSD. Now she's fully back to posting inane Instagram content. Her grief and indignation and concern for him didn't last long.

I agree. Doubt it was ever there to begin with.

She also seems to forget her actual name is Hillary.

Today is Halyna Hutchinson's interment. Hilaria posts that her son "needs life with her". Tone deaf and horrible, just like her.
