| Was there just one kid that was purposely singled out and not called up? |
Do you mean Orange Hunt? Ft. Hunt isn’t a school. |
Weird topic for a thread but there is indeed a Fort Hunt ES. |
|
The kid probably broke a rule, or several rules.
I saw it happen at my kid's ES. The kid broke a rule and there was a consequence. Since this was almost definitely your kid you should already know what happened and not run to a message board and act like the kid was an innocent victim. |
| Stop gossiping. |
NP but it's a viral video that the grandmother, I think, made. |
Would have added some context if the OP shared it LOL |
Nope. Grandma made a viral video. |
dp. Link?

| I’m a parent who was there. The kid did receive his certificate, walked across the stage and shook everyone’s hand just like every student. What happened was at the end they read off each student’s name and said when they entered the school. His name was accidentally left off. No one wants their kid to be missed. But he did get a certificate and hand shakes like every other student there. |
| Can't be that viral, I haven't seen it. Is this some tiktoker trying unsuccessfully to get views. |
That’s pretty messed up. I hope they profusely apologized. |
| this is the most oddly specific thing i have ever seen on here |
What's the point of that? I see no point in that |
I’ll raise you one. My son missed his 6th grade promotion due to getting Covid and the teacher didn’t even call his name or acknowledge him in any way at the ceremony. |
