Actually makes sense the James Dolan owns Knicks. His Dad Charles Dolan born 1926 was a multi Billionaire who livedin NY, founded Cablevision, created HBO and broadcasted events such as Wrestling, NJ Generals and Pro fights from AC that Donald promoted plus Charles owning MSG, Radio City Music Hall, owning the Knicks and owning luxury properties and office buildings in NYC he ran in same circle as him all through 1970s to 1990s and even supported his run for prez when he run in 2020.
James Dolan born 1955 might have know Donalds family whole life. Prez lived in Jamaica Estates growing up and the Dolans in Oyster Bay Cove around 23 miles apart. Fred was a massive builder on Long Island/Queens and Charles had his Cablevision headquarters on Long Island and he would have wired all the Prez family properties to Cable in the 1970s when it became popular.
