Good call. If one likes suspense, but not horror, then hard to beat "Hunt for Red October". |
We tried to watch the Goonies and it was terrible. Turned it off after 10 minutes. My tween enjoyed both Top Gun movies almost as much as I did Star Wars Bridge to Terabithia |
| My DD loved Spirited Away and the other Studio Ghibli movies at that age. Also seconding Princess Bride - it never gets old. We recently watched Knives Out together and she was really into it. |
