ASA has once again left the 2011 team in shambles as yet another coach walks away from the program.
At some point this stop being “unfortunate” and starts becoming a pattern. The constant turnover, lack of stability, and revolving door of coaches has taken a toll on a group of players and families who have continued to stay loyal and committed to the club. These boys deserve better. They deserve consistency, leadership, communication, and a club that prioritizes player development and team culture instead of chaos year after year. |
| What happened? |
| Arlington or Alexandria? |
| I assume this is for Mlsnext??? |
+1 Please be more specific |
| Ya'll some nosey @ss people |
|
So presumptuous to use the term ASA on this board when asa could mean alexandria or Arlington. You need to think bigger than your own circumstances, op.
Where is the 2011 coach going? |
| Another one? Do they even have any MLSN coaches left? |
| This is rage bait. All is well with both ASA’s. They would have responded with specifics. |
|
They do not care about MLS Next. Their MLS next teams are as bad as West Virginia and Achilles.
|
| It is a shame. There is no loyalty to the players or their families. Coaches will always do what is best for them, but they expect us to bend over for them. |
Achilles team at MLSNext Cup. Sit down and place dunce hat back on your head. OP must be over the target if you are trying to redirect. |
You obviously are not following the player production out of this area. You also obviously have not experienced a training to make such an ignorant mention like this. |
| This fits the Alexandria patterns. Arlington has plenty of coaches and usually brings good ones. |
| No dog in this fight, live in Maryland, but if multiple coaches keep leaving a particular team, perhaps the problem is the team parents, and not the coach? |
