ASA listen up

ASA has once again left the 2011 team in shambles as yet another coach walks away from the program.

At some point this stop being “unfortunate” and starts becoming a pattern. The constant turnover, lack of stability, and revolving door of coaches has taken a toll on a group of players and families who have continued to stay loyal and committed to the club.

These boys deserve better. They deserve consistency, leadership, communication, and a club that prioritizes player development and team culture instead of chaos year after year.

It is a shame. There is no loyalty to the players or their families. Coaches will always do what is best for them, but they expect us to bend over for them.

This fits the Alexandria patterns. Arlington has plenty of coaches and usually brings good ones.

No dog in this fight, live in Maryland, but if multiple coaches keep leaving a particular team, perhaps the problem is the team parents, and not the coach?
