| They are both so cringe. Pity they don't spend the holidays together like an actual couple. |
| The piggy shirts are extra cringe. Or maybe the Keep Going shirts are more cringe. Or the coffee cups. But it’s all on sale now so grab it up to help Sis finance another lame Me but just me alone for 2 days of it Camp. |
| Imagine using your house decor as a way to get people to comment and subscribe to your content. Jen truly has no level of low she will not stoop. It's so silly. Hard pass on the gaudy maximalist.... |
| She'll run out of money eventually. |
| She’s still going on about Awake being a life changer for her and whoever read it. |
|
Can you imagine how depressing and soul depleting it would be to look out into the new year and, in desperation, know that you have another full year of constant fake grifting and shilling to keep your livelihood afloat?
Imagine if that was your life? Horrible, honestly. Like a suffocating vice grip. |

"Another day at the algorithm altar door" ✅
Ain't that the truth. #JenSaves 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 |
I read the book. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't anything earth shattering or spicy - no tea whatsoever. It was polished up diary entries that jumped around different points in Jen's life. She was born. She got married young to a pastor and the church was the center of her life until she had kids. Brandon was an absentee dad and Jen did all the heavy lifting (probably true) and then he left her. She was woke before the divorce but not she's really woke. You don't need church, you just need yourself and your friends. The end. |
He was an absentee dad yet she posted constantly about how the kids were obsessed with him and always went to him first. Probably a Disney dad while living in the same home. |
| I’m reading Awake now. In the chapter on codependence, she writes that Brandon was always “hard, not bad but hard” and that he was regularly offending people and hurting their feelings. Those of you who knew them in person, did you see that? |
Yes. He was incredibly emotionally immature. He was also the kind of guy who is scanning the room to see who the most important person is to talk to, and if he doesn't think he can get something from you he isn't interested. He preached love and compassion but was standoffish and really only had time for the handful of church friends with some level of power, people with an instagram following, or his motorcycle buddies. Jen had to be overly friendly to make up for it. He was also really materialistic and braggy and generally gave people the impression he thought his shit didn't stink, and Jen worked hard to sort of laugh it off as quirky instead of admitting she was married to a narcissist. He also drank too much on the regular, and he's sarcastic and rude when drunk. |
| I searched her name on Facebook yesterday, and a post came up that was made a week ago. It was an article saying that Jen had a lawsuit against Brandon. It said she had proof that he transferred assets before the divorce to Tina. The amount was in the millions of dollars. I'm not sure if I believe the article. |
This makes no sense as Brandon was sued for unpaid credit cards last year by Chase Bank. He settled for a lower amount, I think around $8K. And he's living pretty modestly these days, from what I can tell. |
They both were very much the opposite of what they presented to the world back when they were semi famous. Jen was fake and insular and utterly uninterested in anything that didn't help her brand and career. Of course, she was the first to pose for the socials at church events that looked good. And Brandon was sort of a sad shell of a person who moped around and was never comfortable in his own skin. I was there when through the whole tattoo and biker thing happened and we all thought it was totally ridiculous and a sign that he was going through a huge mid iife crises. They surrounded themselves with fawning enabler types are all the normal people soon realized what was up and all eventually left. |
