IDK, maybe someone aspiring to open an exclusive luxury B&B or a retreat/rehab for the wealthy?

Otherwise, it obviously would be a very wealthy family with a lot of family members wanting to use it at the same time

The "estate manager" lives on site in the old farmhouse. I can't imagine that there is not a full time gardener as well. The grounds are incredible.

Too pricey for me, but this is old money. Of course it’s huge and has grounds that require upkeep, but the rooms are people-sized and people can be comfortable in them. It’s not some marble and spiral staircase and crystal chandelier monstrosity.
