I use my normal Instant Pot method for making hard boiled eggs this week, but for some reason they came out undercooked. The yolks are mostly "jammy", some have a section that is still liquid enough to flow. I'm not a fan of eating them plain, I like the yolks cooked well enough to be mostly solid.
Any suggestions for what to do with the remaining 10 eggs from this batch? Can I cook them for a few more minutes after they've been refrigerated, or will that make them weird? Other uses for eggs that are really closer to soft-boiled than hard-boiled? |

| Smash them on toast you coukd always make a breakfast sandwich or add to a salad. Noodles. Soup. Mmmm or over roasted veggies. Jammie eggs are the bomb. |

Don't put them in the microwave.
You can reboil them for a bit. Start them in already boiling water for just a minute or two. Vs. starting new eggs in cold water. |

1. You can absolutely cook them for longer, OP. Just pop them back into boiling water for a few minutes. Easy peasy! 2. I prefer my yolks runny, and I smash them on toast, or put them in a bowl of ramen - delicious! |
