Why is the Department of War so bad at propaganda?

Why doesn't DoW hire an army of GenZ to make memes and posting wars on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TT, Reddit etc.? Iran, China, and Russia dominate the space and make the US look so bad with their epic trolling jobs that embarass the US and win over the minds of the rest of the world. Is there a reason the US is so bad at modern day propaganda?

And spare me the junk about propaganda neing in main stream news sources. Those are for dinosaur boomers. The real propaganada wars on platform like TT and Twitter. Iran has been owning Trump, the DoW, and the US in general in the space.

I went to the Pentagon in early February. None of the young people working there are bright. I’m being honest. The young people seemed like this was there first time in a big city. The older folks were smart but they cannot create this stuff.

No smart GenZ-er would want to be caught dead working for those people right now. They are very well informed and do not think highly of our government.

What the US is doing now is genuinely horrific by most sane standards. No amount of fluffing and propaganda will change that. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear — especially when no one wants either.

Well, first they point out for that number has no basis in reality. Then they would probably point out the fact that the US is a pretty ugly place and has engaged in policy that’s killed a countless number of people, especially since January 2025. Then they’d probably point out that we’re killing our own soldiers and spending our own money to protect a country that has been murdering men, women, and children for decades.

The sad truth is that we don’t really have any ammunition in any kind of war of righteousness.

The US — funding and supporting Israel— has very dirty hands. Any attempts to sugarcoat US behavior with propaganda will be confronted with the dirty truth.
