What was the occasion for this? She looks like she’s going to a backyard BBQ. It’s not something I would choose for an occasion at which my husband was wearing a suit.

The happiness on her face to attend a BBQ

Or maybe she’s going to a WH safari

Visiting with WWII Veterans in their 90s. No masks.

Hope’s outfit’s top half strongly reminds me of Melania’s inauguration outfit.

Who’s the gut between Hope and Hopeless?

I thought Trump strongly prefers women in skirts/dresses.

It’s crisis time! We’re in a war, peeps! Time to put away the sexy mommy outfits and show the world WE R SERIUS PPL! So let’s grab our less-sexy and completely out of style cropped pants and show this virus who’s boss!

They are still wearing those ridiculous stilettos. When will women wise up and stop wearing heels to be "professional" and pressuring other women to do so. They are so awful and impractical.

She must have an upset stomach while holding hands with him.

This cant be recent. Its too cold for ms trenchcoat to be sleeveless outside.

Isn’t he in phoenix visiting the honeywell plant and pretending he cares about the Navaho nation? If sh’s with him, its probably in the 90’s in Phoenix. And she’s well camoflagued for the desert.

Is this recent? Why can't they ever wear masks?

You know why they don’t.

His hands look like they have been dipped in lavender ink.

You’re right. Why is this? Is it a blood flow issue?

I have noticed the purple hands over the past few months. Wonder what it is.

Is Melania balding in front?

Trump’s makeup is badly applied with a ring of white on the edges. I wonder if his sick valet is the one who normally applies it.

I think he only cares what it looks like on TV, and on TV you probably can't see how absurd and mask-like it is? Maybe?

He is so disgusting, in body and soul and face makeup.

Gout?

Or generally poor circulation.

This appears to be a fairly normal jacket over a dress, or even a suit (!!!)

Her false eyelashes are SO heavy. They outweigh her whole little ratty Fox-blonde face.

Half the posts in this forum are about false eyelashes and maintaining blonde hair. Don't kid yourself. Pick something more believable to pick on her about.

She's very pretty. I know--hard for some people to admit and accept.

Nah, I would not say pretty. She's got a bit of an underbite, cheekbones are meh, that tan + pale lipstick + false eyelashes look don't help. Hicks has a classically attractive face.

Her nose also wanders off to the left. Or perhaps that is merely her chronic sneer?

It's at the WH. You can see the white columns to their left. Plus, CNN covered the National Prayer Day and this is what they wore to that.

The false eyelashes are so unprofessional to me. I really hate this trend. How can we take you seriously when your face looks like a Vegas showgirl?

How do these women not understand that going for “sexy” is NOT professional?
Anonymous
Agree. Women with professional jobs in the WH should dress for their positions. The goal is "attractive" not "sexy" and its like they are too stupid to understand the difference. Stiletto heels, short skirts, and fake eyelashes--what are they thinking?

A "spouse" has a little more leeway. She is not there to do a professional job.

This has not been the general consensus here, especially when it comes to Melania. Or, maybe people here have a double standard?
