DCU doesn't have enough discipline or structure to score that many goals. Too many dribblers that dribble for no reason. Literally impossible with their style of play. Probably going to be a close but very ugly game. |
If 'Facts not in Evidence' was a response |
Wow, this is harse both the predictions and views of the offense. Say what you say, 2 syc offenses going to trials w/DCU. Trevor sees something |
| Trevor should be looking for a job elsewhere. He clearly doesn’t know how to evaluate talent, let alone identify it. How can anyone take a man seriously when he gets chased out of games by neighboring clubs? And what kind of cyanide Kool-Aid are SYC parents drinking? |
I'm with you. He didn't pick my little Kevin Bruyne either 😔 So he must not know talent |
LOL if your kid has real talent no way they end up at DCU ever. DCU gets turned down by the players with real potential. |
| Has DCU start inviting players for next season's U14 team? (boys born on or before 2012?). I am just curious which clubs send players to DCU. |
| Oh, wait—pick me, pick me! I’d love to leave my school to join an organization that’s the laughing stock of MLS. Attending classes in a concession stand at a stadium sounds like a dream come true. And hey, maybe when I graduate, no college will accept my transcripts, and I’ll lose my scholarship because the school you forced—or “encouraged”—me to attend doesn’t meet basic academic standards. But knowing the scouting director’s wife is running the school really reassures me that I will be in good hands. Not only will my education suffer, but my soccer development will take a nosedive too. Sign me up! |
Yes. They go to Achilles or Bethesda Everyone knows that. Common knowledge. |
Except for all the DCU kids going to D1 and Ivy League colleges, your statement would be correct 😂 |
LMAO lies lies lies. Where are they? DCU now wants to take credit for academic success. DCU does not handle recruiting at all or help with it. |
|
Lmao!! Oh, absolutely, go ahead and take all the credit. Take credit for the academy director you ran off—the one who actually tried to fix this disaster but, of course, was never given the resources to succeed. Bravo. Then, take credit for the circus act you replaced him with—because who needs experience or qualifications when you have Ithaca College and house mom at revs on your résumé? That’s obviously the fast track to the big leagues.
And let’s not forget the legendary DOC with a résumé so underwhelming it makes a losing girls’ youth coach and a college assistant from a program that hasn’t been relevant in a decade seem like a top-tier hire. Oh wait that was his resume. lol Truly groundbreaking stuff. Oh, and the scouting director? A true gem. Nothing screams “talent identification expert” quite like someone who looks like they haven’t seen soap in years and the highest level of experience was coach at the mount. Impressive credentials, really. And as for the staff coaches—yeah, let’s just pretend nobody noticed the quiet exits from previous jobs due to ahem “interactions with players.” No red flags there at all. Fantastic work all around. Lmao |
You really are past your wits end because of your kid getting rejected by the Academy Are you so blinded by your emotional distress it hasn't crossed your mind that educated intelligent successful parents have kids at DCU? Or you're assuming DC is taking advantage of underprivileged kids from low socioeconomic households with parents who don't speak English? You do what you think is best for your kid and let them do what they want to do with theirs. They obviously did well enough so far that their talented kids were chosen over yours. |
DCUs role in any kid going to the ivy league or D1 is absolutely minimal to nothing. This in house schooling is totally unproven with DCU. Those kids were going to different high schools and probably would have gotten to the schools they did completely without DCU. I agree with the PP. Leave a top public or private high school in the DMV to go to DCUs online school???!! So you can train more at DCU who has no idea what they are doing??? To each his own, but there is just no way. You're relying on DCU to educate your kids and teach them football which they have proven they can't do. In either discipline. I couldn't in my right mind sign my kid up for that. I hope for the kids that are there DCU really does something for them but no one is holding their breath on that. And yes, the classroom is in the concession area at VA revolution. Ridiculous. |
The fact that you think this is one person writing these posts is hilarious. |
