we though they are going to gtech for sure , now this changes the equation. gtech is much higher rated why is cmu better? electrical or chemical probably |

| You'll pay significantly more for CMU, even if not a Georgia resident. For CS, maybe it'd be worth it. For engineering, GT is higher ranked, for whatever that is worth, and better weather. |

Why? OOS GT is $54k. CMU, $91k. |

| Know idea who you are or your kid. So, don't know why you are asking for an opinion on this board. But, I like Georgia Tech a lot. CMU is a good school as well. Let your kid decide and tour both. Good luck. |
