I keep getting sick! Medical mystery

Over the last six weeks I’ve had the same illness three times. It starts with severe body aches, slight chills, and then I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck.

First time I basically stayed in bed all day and then was all right the next. Second time took two days and at the end I had a slight cough and shortness of breath. Shortness of breath lasted a few days.

The second time I was not able to even stay standing up. I felt dizzy and like I might faint.

Today started at 4:30am. Same symptoms plus shortness was of breath and slight cough.

I’ve done a home combo test for COVID, Flu A/B, and RSV. Negative for all every time.

I may go to the doctor next week but this seems to clear up almost as quickly as it comes on, so I’m not sure what they will do.

Thoughts?

SOB, fatigue, and the cough could all be cardiac related. You definitely need to go to the doctor and get some lab work done. No one on DCUM can diagnose you. You'll get answers from it's nothing to you're dying. If you're wondering enough to post on here, you should be seeing a doctor.

Do you have a pulse ox and or blood pressure monitor?
Is your heartbeat irregular?
Get seen asap next week.
If it comes back get taken to ER or Urgent Care.
I am concerned it's your heart.

It could be many different things - mono, a tick infection, random virus....

It could be a white blood cell cancer, unfortunately.

I had something similar. I also had sinus pressure so I went to doctor and got put on antibiotics assuming sinus infection despite no drainage.

Sounds like viruses - flu, covid, and possibly post viral infection. If you test too early, or incorrectly, it will give a false negative.
See a doctor asap to get tested this time and then they can treat you appropriately.

Vitals are pretty normal. I have a pulse ox and it's 95 or better. BP has not gone up. Temperature is normal or very low fever - like 99.9.

Yesterday was the body aches. I feel pretty good to fine today. A little drained. I will go to the Dr next week.

Also will say that my husband has had the same thing, which makes me lean towards not being poisoned or it being cardiac.

For the people that posted cardiac explain how the body aches could be related.
