I’m going to a brunch; I’m tasked with champagne for mimosas - Sam’s or Costco?

Sorry! Which store brands taste better - Sam’s or Costco is what I am asking.

Whichever is closest - I get mine at Trader Joe's.

I like La Burgondie Cremant de Bourgogne Brut at TJ

Get Lamarca. Don’t bring store brand bubbles.

Sams has fresh squeezed orange juice, at least the one where I live does.

You can go to a brunch and order mimosas. No need to BYOM.

The brunch is probably at someone's home and the host asked OP to bring champagne. I've never bought champagne at these places - but there's a Rodman's on Nicholson Lane not too far away from me (MoCo) and that's where I would go.

You know you're mixing it with orange juice, right? It doesn't matter which one tastes better.

I've had the Kirkland prosecco countless times, it's excellent for generic prosecco.

I don’t drink but know this to be true. I’ve given it as a gift several times.

Are they really insisting on Champagne? Or can OP bring sparkling wine?

Yup - the purple Kirkland label is ideal for mimosas.

It's all the same it doesn't matter. One is from France and one isn't, that's the only difference.
