| Don't buy anything from Eddie Bauer if you think it might need to be returned or exchanged. They filed for bankruptcy and are dodging creditors, including customers. This is typical of retailers in bankruptcy proceedings. |

I would feel sorry for them but they stopped making petite clothes that fit me so they were already dead to me.
Like REI, they seemed to think ugly muted colors conveyed seriousness of purpose. And that ladies' tops needed to cling like thermal underwear. Back in the day, they made a decent parka. |

| I bought a lovely Eddie Bauer parka in about the year 2000. I still have it. They made very nice outerwear. Mine is in good condition after 26 years. And yes, I've worn it for about 20 of those years (I pull it out on occasion.) It has not been a premium brand for years, though. It turned into cheap made in china stuff you could get anywhere. |

Just go spend it now, they're not necessarily closing immediately. Barney's first filed for bankruptcy in 1996 and didn't close their doors until 2020. |
