I hadn't heard anything about Paragon since the Trump admin that I can think of. I'd heard a lot about threats to dissidents in places like Venezuela previously.

DP. Every bit of that info is instantly available via third party software. Nonprofits use it to target donors, businesses to target leads and customers, employers to run background checks, etc., etc.
