Wells Fargo has owned it for since 2017. They had trouble getting the previous owner to vacate and had to go to court to get the previous occupant out. I’m guessing there was not a lot of home maintenance being done during the time that the bank owed the property. |

Its over 5 acres! Tear it down.

What a shame. It's not terribly old. I don't know why people let houses go to waste like this. |
