Concorde Results

I went to look at Swimcloud and Patriot, Liberty, and National are all uploaded, but not Concorde. I went and looked at PVS and they are not posted there as well. Were they observed by Virginia? Which still do not make sense since PVS has other HS meets observed by Virginia posted. It is Thursday. The results should be up. |

They were observed by PVS, yes (not Virginia). I imagine these are all volunteers - the officials that observed, those that compiled and submitted the data, and those that need to post to the PVS website upon receipt. I don't know the process, but again, I imagine it's multiple steps and involves multiple volunteers. Some may be busier than others this week as we deal with school delays, etc. It will happen, but I don't think there's a mandated timeframe. The unofficial results for Concorde have been on MM since meet day. I'm always amazed at PVS meets how many of the officials don't even have kids in the sport anymore. Grateful for their time. |

| In the event that the Concorde District and/or 6D Regional results aren’t ultimately posted to the PVS website, who is the appropriate contact? (When the meet host is a high school, I’m not sure whom to ask and can’t imagine it’s the coach.) |

It is weird that they are not there. Since PVS does not have them, they will not be loaded into SWIMS. For club swimmers, that is important. The other three are already in SWIMS. I would say to reach out to the Athletic Directors for the schools in that District unless someone knows who the host school was of that meet, then I would reach out to them directly. I am not in that district, so cannot help. |

Oakton hosted Regionals. I'm not sure if they hosted Districts. |

I believe Oakton hosted Concorde Districts too. The pdf results file we received indicted Oakton HS in top left corner. |

So if on the ball, they go to the PVS site this afternoon. If not on the ball, then they are up on PVS by Wednesday. Either the club takes those results and sends them to Swimcloud or someone will take the file off the PVS site and email it to swimcloud. PVS sends the results to USA Swimming to be put in the SWIMS database. If they still have not submitted District results from the other week I would not think Regional results would be any time soon. |
