They were observed by PVS, yes (not Virginia). I imagine these are all volunteers - the officials that observed, those that compiled and submitted the data, and those that need to post to the PVS website upon receipt.  I don't know the process, but again, I imagine it's multiple steps and involves multiple volunteers.  Some may be busier than others this week as we deal with school delays, etc. It will happen, but I don't think there's a mandated timeframe.  The unofficial results for Concorde have been on MM since meet day. 
I'm always amazed at PVS meets how many of the officials don't even have kids in the sport anymore.  Grateful for their time. [/quote]
