I’ve been reading about that health guy Bryan Johnson, and his advice is that you should consider yourself a professional sleeper above everything else. Everything should be scheduled around your sleep.
I’ve been doing this, along with giving up caffeine, and I feel fantastic. I’m asleep by 830 and wake up naturally at 430-5. So I get a solid 2+ hours of kid free time. It really surprised me how much better I sleep without caffeine. I don’t drink a ton, so I thought it wasn’t having that much impact, but my insomnia is completely gone and I sleep much deeper with much more vivid dreams. |
