I’m such a fan of MCPD — probably some of the best LEO in the country.
Really upset these Noem yahoos are giving LEO a bad name. They are basically brown shirts being recruited for maximum violence and vindictiveness, given heavy weaponry, little training and released onto the streets. If you can’t de-escalate with a suburban mom and a nurse, that’s a sign you should not be on LE. It’s very scary to have these people in our communities and I would not have said that about the ice agents even in the first Trump administration. |

Well then you have to stay inside and definitely don’t send your kids to school. ICE and Bonvino violently apprehended people in a Target lobby. Do you want your schools kids to see such violence? It’s also happened in school pickup lines. If you drive by ICE they make break your car windows if think you’re dawdling when you’re simply stuck in traffic. If you have HS kids they didn’t hesitate to release tear gas at school and they’ve busted into at least one nursery school. So don’t go out to stay “safe.” I mean I think that’s a prison to eschew your rights for a false sense of safety, but I understand we have different opinions. |

| We have to figure out a way to help the most vunerable. Is there a mutual aid organization that has the infrastructure to help set up a way for kids to get to and from school so parents don't have to risk abduction? I know that parents in DC have organized to do this. They use Signal to coordinate. |
