Here's Bovino tossing some of the toxic green stuff. He's such a tool. He's a commander. Why does he need to be out in the field every day engaging in the harassment of civilians? Usually the higher-ups don't do that sort of thing.

Yes, there is no right in the USA peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. That's not something you have a fundamental right to do.
