I basically always do this:
Lime juice Olive oil Salt Pepper Cumin Oregano (fresh if I have it, otherwise dried) Lots of fresh chopped garlic — basically I figure one clove per quarter to third pound of meat And sometimes I throw in a sprinkle of crushed red pepper or hot sauce |

| The simplest I've ever done is half bottled Italian salad dressing, half soy sauce. It's delicious! |

| I use Lebanese style marinade for everything- plain yogurt, lemon juice, white vinegar, monterray steak seasoning. |
