| If it was your last chance and you were older? |
|
No.
And who brings a child into this world right now? No mother would do that! |
| Hell to the no. I’d rather get an anonymous sperm donor. |
All the women in the DMV seem to be having a lot of kids. |
Yes that's another option but ivf is expensive. |
If you’re using a sperm donor you can do IUI which is a lot cheaper. |
|
Are you married to this guy (then maybe)? Are you a party to him cheating on a wife (hell no)?
I think sperm donors are likely to be an odd set of men these days. Sorry if that's mean. I just don't understand why anyone would now that there's no real way to keep it private. |
| Nope. I wouldn't want to raise a child to think they should be like that or accept that. To me, cheating is a deal breaker. |
This is the route I'd go |
|
Sperm donor is the way to go, OP. I have a single friend who did this, and it worked out great. I also have multiple friends who are forever locked into some degree of interaction with a divorced spouse because they share a child/ren.
|
| Why would you still be with a man who cheats to even be in a position to consider such a poor choice? |
|
It’s beyond irresponsible to even consider this.
This is about a child, a child having stable parents; this is not about your timeline to have a child. |
All of them? Really? |
You don’t need ivf to have a baby with a sperm donor. |
Absolutely, I would. A lot of men cheat nowadays or will cheat eventually. Have your baby and leave him. You don’t need him to raise your child. Plenty of kids are raised by single mothers. Time is running out. Don’t let infidelity prevent you from having a baby. Most women who say differently on this forum have unfaithful husbands or are divorced, but they don’t regret having children. |
