| Is this ok? I pass a few on my walk and drop the poop bag I’m carrying in an open commercial dumpster. I don’t open lids and it’s just my single poop bag. |
| You’re not supposed to put personal trash in a dumpster. |
| No. They cling and do not fall out when the bin is lifted and dumped. Do better. Put it in your can. |
| Why are so many dog owners so incredibly lazy? |
|
When in doubt, ask yourself this question:
Would I want this thing done to me? If it were my dumpster, if I were the sanitation worker responsible for emptying it, and so on. |
|
Do you pay for the dumpster to be emptied?
|
Its incredible! |
| I put the bag in the nearest bin. Almost never bring it home to mine. |
| I put mine in a public dumpster — not a local business. My tax dollars are paying for it to be emptied. Not sure why this would be a problem. |
| No |
Well you’re a pretty crappy person then. |
Where do you find public dumpsters? |
Good people do bad things. Bad people do good things. The world is not black and white. |
Are you the one that would put it in the bin at my home so that I’d have to remove it before I put my trash in because I was afraid if I put my heavy bags on top, your bag might break and I’d have dog poop stuck to the bottom of my bin? Please stop. |
In the parking lot of the public County building near my house. There's not a sign on it that says no dumping of trash, like there is on most dumpsters behind private businesses. The only sign says something like not to put toxic chemicals in it. So I figured they were cool with it. I think they've seen me do it multiple times and no one has ever told me to stop. And it's not like I'm hauling my trash there -- it's just if the dog happens to poop right before I walk through that parking lot. |
