Yup , pay compression step 6 & up. Ridiculous. Even Eleanor Holmes Norton introduced an effort to correct. |

The problem is, they've let the problem get so bad that there really isn't a plausible way to fix it. I've got 20 or so years left, if I stay in government, and I don't expect to see it changed. That's a long time to watch inflation eat away at your salary. |
