| if a child was a candidate for the universal screening process for aap, would we know that by now? |
If people had gotten any notifications, they would be posting left, right, and center. So likely not. But since application due on Monday, my guess is they would send a letter or email today. Just know being in pool at the end doesn’t make much difference. My kid was and still didn’t get in until 2 years later. |
| I wouldn't hold your breath for a notification before tomorrow at 5pm. There's a reason every decent AART tells you to prepare the parent referral before test scores and pool notifications. |
| Just got the text and email for in pool notification. NGAT composite score 152, NNAT 160. |
| Just got the e-mail for universal screening. NGAT score 156. |
Good score! |
| Just got the universal screener/referral notification. NGAT 145 and NNAT 137 |
| Just got an email from FCPS. NGAT 151 and NNAT 139 |
| Me too. NGAT 140, NNAT 148. |
| Me too. NGAT 161. NNAT 152 |
really? thought it meant the child will most likely be accepted |
Definitely not. Many of kids in pool who don’t get in. I can tell you that because my kid was one of them. And many more his year. We are also in a very competitive school that is a center school. There is a cut off for the in pool score but the rest of the packet has to support admission too, not only score. |
| Looks like the cut off score is NGAT 140? |
It depends on the school. |
| Received universal screening letter today. |
