She suffers the most traumatic event of her life and can't recall how she got home despite being stranded miles from home in the pre-cell phone age yet specifically remembers she had a single beer? I found her credible. I also think she is very troubled woman, based on her testimony. Even she outlined all the emotional issues she suffers from.
I think her memory from 36 years ago has failed her. Something happened, just not the way she remembers.

And, it really is incumbent upon her to prove guilt. He should have the presumption of innocence. But not in liberal world.

Sorry, but no. If you found her credible, she was credible. Full stop. I didn't see her as a "very troubled woman". Even if she was, what evidence is there that it is not primarily attributable to what happened to her at the hands of BK at the age of 15?? That is total speculation. Much more speculative than believing that BK lied about boofing = anal sex and Devil's Triangle = threesome and Renate Alumni = boys who have nailed Renate.

Well I was watching to see if he could prove he was worthy actually. I knew the guilty but would boil down to essentially he said she said. I don’t think he proved worthy of the lifetime appointment, even if he isn’t guilty.

Want to add: she remembers having one beer because this is why she didn't tell her parents. Boys and beer, these things are what make a young girl not want to tell her parents what happened.

It seems like just yesterday that posters were calling me an idiot because I wanted the FBI to investigate Kavanaugh. I was being told that I didn't understand how things work and that the FBI would never investigate this because the alleged assault didn't occur on federal property and neither the alleged victim or perpetrator were federal employees.
