There isn't actually any proof that the deceased's gun discharged. That is a right wing theory to try to attempt to cover for a truly deplorable action and result.

I'm not subscribing to any right wing theorys, OK? I'm sharing my conclusion from watching the video 50 times. I'm open to being wrong, but the fact remains is he brought a pistol and 40 rounds of ammo to a 'peaceful' protest. It's stupid decision even if he was entitled to do it. If he didn't have that gun on him he'd be alive today. Dont act surprised if you get burnt playing with fire. It's simple, really.

Then why do folks like Proud Boys bring their guns for protests all the time?

*If ICE appears at your door and demand entry, don't ask for a judicial warrant, just an administrative one. Better yet, "cooperate" and let them right in with no warrant.

*Do not do anything that remotely resembles protesting such as standing silently on a sidewalk and filming if you are not a MAGA--any form of protesting while being a non-MAGA is automatically "domestic terrorism." If you want to protest while being MAGA, that's okay.

*Do not go to the aid of your fellow citizens when they are being beaten, thrown to the ground, pepper sprayed, or generally manhandled by ICE. Just watch in silence.

*If pepper sprayed or beaten by ICE, lie still like a corpse and don't move at all--or else.

*Don't even think about "disrespecting" ICE by sassing them. They can call you a "f'n bit**" while shooting you, but you must say nothing.

*Don't drive while black or brown. In fact, depending on where you live, just stay home if you're black or brown. It will be safer. Nothing will help you, not even being an LEO yourself.

After Charlie Kirk was murdered, lots of Dems immediately condemned it, said it was wrong, etc. Admittedly, not all, and some AH's even celebrated, but most run-of-the-mill Dems were appalled. Everyone I knew was.

To me, it shows this - Dems are still capable of exercising independent thought and critical reasoning. Yes, they abhorred what Charlie Kirk stood for, but they also thought it was wrong to murder him. Both things could exist at the same time.

MAGA genuinely does not seem capable of that level of independent thought. It should not be hard for someone to watch these videos and say, "yes, this was messed up." It doesn't have to mean you don't support Trump. Just acknowledging that what happened in this instance was not ok. But they can't, no matter how plain the evidence. It's like their brains are literally not able to disagree with their leader. It's both sad and scary. And I genuinely don't know how we as a country recover and get back to normal function ever again.

Well, I voted for Trump twice. I didn't really vote for him as much as I voted against Clinton and Harris.

The Good shooting was a bad shooting. Didn't have to happen. He could have moved.

The Pretti shooting is bad because it was a mistake. I don't belive they wanted to shoot him. They were trying to subdue him, "Gun" was yelled and was present, Gray coat runs away with it and accidentally discharges it. That shot prompts the agents to open up.

All of it was wrong, but heres the thing. Good and Pretti were both absolute idiots inviting disaster. None of this would have happened if they didnt insert themselves.

This will continuwe to happen. There will be more. The choice is up to the protestors. ICE isnt going anywhere.

If we can't exercise our Constitutional rights without fear of the the government killing us for doing so, we don't actually have those rights.
