| Has anyone used this before? Does it make a difference at all in getting through customs at IAD? We are traveling to Costa Rica in the next 10 days for a week and then will be coming back. Is it worth downloading this app? TIA! |

Yes, makes a huge difference and it costs nothing.
If for some bizarre reason the MPC line is longer than the normal line, just go use the normal line...but I doubt it would be the case because the time spent with a customs agent is like 60% less because you completed the MPC information (and most people still don't use it). |

| Usually it's terrific. Last time I went through IAD, though, the line was very long and there was only one agent serving it. I'm not sure it saved me any time compared to the regular line, which was of course longer but had perhaps 6 or 7 agents. |

| I have used it at multiple airports, including in Dublin where it saved a ton of time. Once at Dulles though, we went in the short line for it and everyone else went in the long line, and then we all went to the same two agents, kind of alternating, but even with that it saved a ton of time. |

It’s almost always helpful everywhere. Just use it and go to the normal line if for some random reason it is taking longer for your particular flight. |

| It’s free! Definitely download. Set up all of your traveler profiles ahead of time. If the line is longer, just go regular, but it’s ALWAYS shorter! |
