They're at it again. This host of entities is not only problematic, it's nefarious. It seems this is the new strategy, to create entanglements with joint ventures in order to obfuscate loyalties.

This after Chump said that the Netflix, WBD deal is a problem.

Paramount Skydance launches hostile bid for WBD ‘to finish what we started,’ CEO Ellison tells CNBC

Paramount Skydance is launching a hostile bid to buy Warner Bros. Discovery after it lost out to Netflix in a monthslong bidding war for the legacy assets, the company said Monday.

The offer is backstopped with equity financing from the Ellison family and the private equity firm RedBird Capital as well as $54 billion in debt commitments from Bank of America, Citi and Apollo Global Management, Paramount said in a news release.

A portion of the equity financing comes from outside Middle Eastern financing partners including Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, Abu Dhabi’s L’imad Holding Company PJSC, and the Qatar Investment Authority. Another portion derives from Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners. Kushner is U.S. President Donald Trump’s son-in-law.

One major (rhetorical) question is, why are the zionists okay with allowing not one, but three, Arab sovereign wealth funds to partake in this deal when outlets such as Al Jazeera are immediately panned or banned? Another is, why would any American government welcome foreign governments to have a control in American media outlets when there's always shouting about nefarious foreign influence from both sides of the aisle? Especially since any one of these probably trillion dollar entities could purchase it outright.

CNN has already been corrupted, but Ellison would do to it what Bari Weiss has done to CBS.

That would leave basically "MS-NOW" and part of the NY Times as the only remaining mainstream media outlets that are even remotely independent.

Being Arab doesn't preclude you from being Zionist. In fact, it's almost a prerequisite nowadays if you want to remain in power and not be overthrown or assassinated.
