Foot wear after winter swim practice

What shoes do you recommend to keep your kids feet warm in the winter after swim practice that won't look crazy on the pool deck Child just wants to wear flip flops, but it's freezing.

The cold doesn’t seem to bother him.

my kids just wear crocs. They aren't going to get frostbite walking from the pool to the car. If they are fine with that I am fine with that.
