Anyone going to Nations Best Tournament this weekend?

Do you mean National Cup this weekend in naples? its a pretty meaningless event on the girls side. The whole "national" teams for girls side really hasnt taken off and IMO a waste of time and resources, especially if your DD is in recruiting window and a ton of prospect camps this weekend

Looks like it was the Maryland Select Tournament. A lot of uneven scores.

Horrible teams, total waste of time and money. I’m sure some girls had fun and there will be moms on here defending sending their kid there, but it is a terrible tournament if your kid plays on a decent club already. Even the MD Select teams that dominated the tournament are mediocre at best. Send your kid to a school of interest’s prospect camp, this is a money grab by thinklax. Nobody cares about national teams on the girls side.

Hahahaha, my kid wouldn’t waste her time trying out. Playing w those girls would be a massive step down from who she normally plays with, and we are busy this winter with prospect camps. But im glad your daughter had fun play against nobodies.

DD team is mostly made up of MDU, HG, MnD Black, and BLC?

National type teams are actually on the rise for girls: MD Select, Southern Stars, etc.

Nah, wouldn’t waste my kid’s time. Those teams suck, there is no rise. If there was, the 2029 team would have been filled with CM, HG, and M&D players and not one of those kids on the roster would make it.
