| Do you agree? Should people stop wearing pajamas when they travel? Wtf what type of PSA is this? |
| I think it is great. Men in suits. Women in skirts. Smoking and drinks again. |
Smoking on planes and airports? Barf. |
Yeah, planes had bigger seats, more legroom and more amenities back when this was a thing. That’s what my mom who was a stewardess during this era said. Now people need to make themselves as comfortable as possible, not wearing pajamas though. |
|
People don’t want to wear a three piece suit to go through metal detectors, get treated like cattle and squeeze into a 16” x 28” space. Especially if they might have to spend the night at the airport.
There’s zero correlation between dressing up and behaving respectfully. Case in point: guy in suit and red tie who addresses journalists as “piggy”. |
It's 2 year old's vocab. But they knew when they voted for all this. Why dress up to sit on a germ filled seat? |
| When airlines stop treating passengers as cattle, then sure. |
| I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing pjs outside of my house but don’t care what others wear on a plane. |
+1 what happened to personal freedom? Why are Rs now telling us what we should/should not wear? Next they'll tell us what god to believe in, not to marry outside your race (oops sorry JD), don't have sex with porn stars (oops, sorry Trump), don't have more than one divorce (oops, sorry Trump, again); you shouldn't be allowed to declare so many business bankruptcies (oops, again, sorry Trump). So many "dont's" by the Government Of Pedos and Pedo protectors. |
Fun! |
|
When air travel feels luxurious, I’ll dress for the occasion.
In the meantime, these evil and uncivilized people wearing designer suits as they behave like teenage trolls can sit right down. |
| what if they're MAGA PJs? |
Yep. He doesn't talk about how big the seats were then does he? |
Seriously. If he wants passengers to go back to 1960s standards of dress, then he needs to talk to the airlines about going back to the 1960s standards for seat size/leg room and service. Pretty telling he's lecturing us while not saying a thing about the airlines. |
You wouldn't fly then. 1960s prices were high. So high that normal people could not afford to fly. |
