| Any of you stocking up before more tarrifs? |
| Buy American to avoid the tariffs |
Nothing beats Italian pasta. |
Then you will pay the tariffs. |
| TACO will not implement them so don't worry about it. |

I’m usually pretty stocked up on everything
Since I live alone, though, I don’t make pasta often. Every so often I’ll make a pot of Mac & cheese and divide it into sandwich bag servings to stack flat & freeze I am at the point where I don’t have to order too many groceries delivered |
+1 much better for you. We’re stocking up. |
| I stock up only when Goodles are on sale because those are expensive. |
Which American pasta? |
Standard Barilla is American-made. The Al bronzo line is made in Italy. |
| Pasta is incredibly easy to make. This is the last item i'd be worried about running out of. |
|
I buy store brand pasta, Trader Joe’s pasta, (which might be from Italy now that I think of it). So I’m not socking up. Last resort is I will make pasta which I occasionally do and it is delicious.

TJ pasta is imported. |
Nope. I believe in a global economy. And you should too, because we export a lot of food and that's pretty much a catastrophe right now. Also, did you know most medications are manufactured overseas? We are not able to do this here. Should we stop those too? Try to understand economics. |

I mean, most people on DCUM can absorb even a 100% increase on pasta. A box of pasta is currently, like $2 and we eat maybe two boxes a month (at the most).
Yes, it's a big deal when you take the sum total of everything that will increase, but I'm not concerned about stocking up on any one item. |
