How so? If it was a public safety issue then yeah maybe. If it was medical and only one student was affected then it is nobody else’s business.

The Clery Act applies only to higher ed, not K-12. MCPS can choose not to report any crime that occurs on campus. Colleges are required to.

Names do not need to be named, the drug issue needs to be spelled out and parents made aware so it is stopped before another emergency or worse happens.
