The Organic Butcher in McLean?

Our doctor mentioned he shopped there. I have seen it while driving by but parking looked like a hassle. Nonetheless DH wants to go there. Anyone used it? What's great? Thanks.

With the exception of the cost, we have never been disappointed with what we have purchased there. It is an example of “you get what you pay for”.

It's meat. It tastes good. If you like paying very high prices for good meat, you will like it. They have parking in back too.

The one in Bethesda is excellent. Yes, the prices are higher than Giant or Safeway, but the quality of everything we've gotten from OB is outstanding. Butchers are very knowledgeable.

+1 to everything everyone said. Sticker shock, but great meat and good customer service.

Our kids love their hamburger ground meat blend.

Their ground beef for burgers is materially superior to what you get at supermarkets but, as others have said, it's expensive. Worth trying to see if you feel the quality justifies the asking prices.

Parking is a non-issue as they have spaces in front and back. I love their salmon!

If you are close to Great mFalls, you could also try Oliver's Butcher.

The only thing bad I have to say about it is that it made us realize how crappy the meat was that we were buying from the grocery store. We cannot go back.

Go across the street to Balducci's. We found out from a neighbor that the suppliers are the same.

How much is ground beef for example?

How expensive are we talking? I’m already paying for organic grass fed beef

OP here. Thanks. Will go tomorrow. We have gotten meat from Balduccis so interesting about suppliers being same.
How do I get to the back parking?
