OOS doesn’t matter. It’s a private school unless you mean South Carolina.

Actually it does. Bc if in state in CA, they often don't expect test scores....and USC accepts a disproportionately large % of in-state kids (nearly 50%).

With South Carolina being so popular in DC, you really need to specify which college is being questioned.

Just Google “USC Matriculated Freshman Class Profile.” The pdf is published annually by USC Admissions and lays out the SAT / ACT mid-50% ranges for applicants, admits, and enrollees.

Don’t knock USC (South Carolina). It’s a quality state flagship with good programs/outcomes.
