What SAT/ACT would you submit to USC from OOS, when so much of the class is Test Optional?
Humanities major. OOS |
| Of course - if the score is good |
Would you submit a 33? |
| Yes |
| I would submit a 33. |
OOS doesn’t matter. It’s a private school unless you mean South Carolina. |
South Carolina or Southern California? |
Actually it does. Bc if in state in CA, they often don't expect test scores....and USC accepts a disproportionately large % of in-state kids (nearly 50%). |
No no no. It is the UCs who do not want to see SAT scores. USC DOES |
| With South Carolina being so popular in DC, you really need to specify which college is being questioned. |
| Just Google “USC Matriculated Freshman Class Profile.” The pdf is published annually by USC Admissions and lays out the SAT / ACT mid-50% ranges for applicants, admits, and enrollees. |
Yikes - Annual Total $99,139 The other USC seems appealing to me now. |
| only 44% submit test scores,worse than Vandy |
| Don’t knock USC (South Carolina). It’s a quality state flagship with good programs/outcomes. |
