I was never sick and have had congestion for four weeks. At first, I thought the congestion was only allergies. However, I have been in three different geographic locations with the same issue.
Some nights, I wake up with headaches and can feel my head and nose are clogged. I take allergy medicine every day and usually don't have this issue unless certain trees are letting off pollen. Could this be a sinus infection? |
Maybe, they can be quite painful.
It may also likely be allergies. The ragweed this year is ridiculous, with dry weather and wind. It’s worse than ever before. |
Thank you. My head hurts so much that just thinking thoughts feels like a challenge, but I am also dealing with some other stressful things. OP |
yes. |
Take the allergy med twice a day until ragweed season is over. |
Possibly, worth it to get checked out. Try some nasal rinses too. Are you using Flonase?? |
I had to stop Flonase because it was giving me nose bleeds. Once I stopped, the nose bleeds stopped. Thank you. I tried the nasal rinses, and that helped a lot. Yesterday, I seemed to be getting a lot worse with body aches. Negative for COVID. Today, I feel tired but less congested. I read medical advice to stop taking antihistamines, so I stopped mine starting today. Too soon to say if it will help or not. I'll make an appointment in a day or two if it doesn't resolve. |
