Once I stopped, the nose bleeds stopped. Thank you. I tried the nasal rinses, and that helped a lot. Yesterday, I seemed to be getting a lot worse with body aches. Negative for COVID. Today, I feel tired but less congested. I read medical advice to stop taking antihistamines, so I stopped mine starting today. Too soon to say if it will help or not.
