Same LOL

I love most junk food LOL

Yes. Even though I feel slightly ill if I eat too much of it. But it's hard not to, because it's so good.

Yes!!

It kills me but I love it.

Nope. I've worked a lot of concessions the last few years and that stuff isn't food.

I never cared for the pump cheese sauce that theaters, stadiums, etc., put on their nachos. So, if that’s what you mean, then no, count me out.

On the other hand, I LOVE the Rotel queso, and if you want to make nachos with that, then I’m all in.

I mean, salt, fat, umami? Add on some spiciness? Yeah, it's basically all the things people naturally like in one.

Instead of chips, use a vegetable to dip.

I love to drench crispy tortilla chips in it and then pile the tamed jalapeno slices on top. Haven't had any in awhile due to my strict diet but still dream about it.

Boring.

During Covid we tried to entertain ourselves by cooking, including making favorite “junk” food and restaurant food. So I bought velveeta and rotel for the first time in my life and I fully expected to hate it but it was guilty pleasure level good! Now it’s become a Super Bowl tradition, but mmmm… artificial goodness!

YES! I'm from a vegetarian, organic only, "ingredients" family before that was a mainstream thing and still eat pretty healthfully, but that nacho cheese or Velveeta with Rotel is my cryptonite Trash Food. I could never eat desert again or go to any fast food places for the rest of my life but if you told me I can't have any queso or "queso" ever I'd be pretty bummed.

I make the velveeta/rotel nacho cheese in a crock pot for our little team concession stand, and you are not alone. It is very popular!

I've never had a nacho or this cheese sauce. Is it like fondue? That is what I grew up eating as a winter treat.
