Missing PVS Meeting Minutes?

The question about the 50s had me looking at the PVS website meeting minutes. It looks like for 2025 there are missing meeting minutes.
For example, the June 17 Board of Directors (BOD) meeting minutes mention another Board of Directors meeting July 15 but there are no meeting minutes posted. Also the June 17 BOD mentions an Officials Committee meeting on July 1 but there are no meeting minutes under the Officials Committee meetings minutes for that date. Anyone know what’s going on with the meeting minutes? |

| These are volunteer positions and someone never got around to posting. If you want to read the minutes, send an email and ask. |

Typically organizations go into “closed” sessions for sensitive information. The meeting minutes just note that the session was closed for a portion of the meeting due to sensitivity/confidentiality around a topic. Unless the whole BOD meeting is sensitive, PVS should still be publishing meeting minutes for the portion of the meeting that is not in closed session. Hiding behind the banner of sensitivity is lame on PVS’ part. |
